I have already enjoyed a few gf meals at Food and Thought. You all probably know about it. I was also glad to go to longhorn, carabaos and Naples Flatbread. All had gluten free menus and I had good experiences. At Carrabbas, Our waitress's brother has celiac. So she was very accommodating . Although they didn't have a gluten free menu, flacos was very accommodating and my waiter was knowledgeable too! I got chicken enchilada made with corn. Mmmm.
I don't think I will go back to Noodles although I have been a customer since their first little restaurant. The menu says wheat free, not gluten free. Also, the waitress was not the one delivering the food. Just didn't feel like she cared.
I love eating out and hope to find out about more accommodating places!

We've heard that Pillsbury is planning on releasing gluten free versions of their refrigerated pizza crusts! They should be available in stores this coming summer, so keep your eyes open.
They would not tell us their release dates, but most likely they will be available throughout the US (Canada?).
Please post here when, where and if you find them in your local stores.
Ps. If you Google gf Pillsbury pizza, you can already find recipes on their website

Has anyone suffered from a gluten exposure at their dentist's office? Looking for input.

I FOUND IT IN NAPLES!! This pasta used to be sold at Oakes Farms, but they don't carry it anymore. It is, by far, the best gluten free pasta that I and my Italian (who CAN eat gluten) husband love. I found it at Wynn's!
